Added Values for Wedding Event:
No vendor fees will be charged for external Indian food catering services at hotels that do not offer the service on site. Any external vendor must present liability insurance. An extra fee will apply for External Catering in case kitchen, staff, kitchen items, etc. will be required. ($2500USD)
No vendor fees for external vendors within the room block (Not local Vendors) for the following services: videographer, photographer, priest, & DJ or are lodged at the Group rate, for a minimum of three (3) consecutive nights.
Special Discounted Price for Additional Hours:
Open Bar: US$18 plus taxes and services per adult per hour (Price available also for children & teens from 6 to 17 years- old when open bar is required)
Soft Drinks: US$10 plus taxes and services per person per hour
Events after 11:00 pm will have an additional extra charge of US$25 plus taxes and service per person per hour and will be performed indoors (ballrooms) (Open Bar)
One complimentary room for 2 nights and 3 days for the couple for event planning applies only for confirmed groups. Subject to availability and will be onfirmed 6 months in advance.
